Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or placing an order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or placing an order with Ali Abbas Traders LLC ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Custom Orders
All products are custom-manufactured to your specifications. Because of the bespoke nature of our services, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. You are responsible for ensuring that artwork files, specifications, and quantities are correct before approving production. We are not liable for errors in artwork or specifications provided by the customer.
3. Pricing & Quotes
All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. 5% UAE VAT applies to all orders. Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices may change for orders placed after the validity period.
4. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to commence production on most orders. The remaining balance is due before dispatch. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby, Tamara, and bank transfer. Overdue payments may result in order delays.
5. Delivery & Risk
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe agreed at the time of order. Delivery dates are estimates only and the Company shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services or events outside our control. Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
6. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that all products will conform to the approved pre-production sample or proof within standard printing tolerances (colour variance ΔE < 3). If products are found to be defective or materially different from approved proofs, we will reprint or issue a refund at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any artwork and designs you provide. By submitting artwork, you represent that you own or have the right to use the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. The Company is not responsible for copyright infringement in artwork supplied by the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability to any customer shall not exceed the total value of the specific order giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses. These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UAE law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
